Lifenet Insurance Partners with Spark+ and Dyna.Ai to Implement VoiceGPT Solution in Insurance Sales
Revolutionizing Customer Service with AI-Powered Voice Technology, Using a Proprietary Japanese Voice Model Co-Developed by Spark+ and Dyna.Ai
Lifenet Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (URL: www.lifenet-seimei.co.jp; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Ryosuke Mori) has announced an exciting new partnership with Spark+ (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Jumpei Honda), an innovative AI startup from the University of Tokyo's Matsuo Laboratory, and Dyna.Ai Technology Pte. Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore; Chairman: Tomas Skoumal). This collaboration will focus on transforming and automating telephone operations within the insurance sector.
The project will deploy VoiceGPT, an AI-driven voice agent optimized for call centers. The agent features a proprietary Japanese-language model that was co-developed by Spark+ and Dyna.Ai. The primary goal of this initiative is to introduce a framework that enables high-speed, highly accurate customer service responses, meeting the demands of the fast-paced insurance industry. This marks a milestone as Japan’s first-ever implementation of VoiceGPT in the insurance sector.
